Identified -
We are currently investigating two issues linked to Cybernut's Reported Threats feature.
Firstly, for certain users/accounts, there can be an inability to successfully report an email, with a timeout occurring instead.
Secondly, certain Cybernut training emails are being routed to the Reported Threats section of our Admin Dashboard, and are being treated as threats, as opposed to part of our training.
Our Engineering team has identified the issue, and we expect a solution to be deployed by EOB today (Wednesday 10 December). We will continue to provide updates on an ongoing basis.
